Where does Pawfect Bark ship?
We currently ship across the United States. International shipping is in the works, so stay tuned!

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

How long will it take my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Will personalization take longer?
Yes, if you choose to personalize an item (like a custom t-shirt), please allow an additional 2-3 business days for production before it ships.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we do! We’re happy to ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

How can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can change your shipping address by contacting us at info@pawfectbark.com as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to change the address.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we’d be happy to assist you with any changes or cancellations. Just reach out to us at info@pawfectbark.com with your order details.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can follow the tracking link to see your order's status.

Why isn't my tracking updating?
Sometimes tracking takes 24-48 hours to update. If you still don't see any updates after that, feel free to contact us, and we’ll look into it for you.

What payment methods does Pawfect Bark accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options like Apple Pay.


Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?
We want you to love your Pawfect Bark products! If you’re not satisfied, you can return your item within 180 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that personalized items are non-refundable.

What about exchanges?
We’re happy to exchange any item for a different size or design within 30 days of purchase, as long as it’s in its original condition.

What if my gift recipient wants to exchange or return their item?
No problem! Just have them contact us with the order number, and we’ll be happy to assist with the exchange or return.

What about limited-edition collections?
Limited-edition items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there’s a defect or issue with the product.

Uh oh, my pup broke the item! What can I do?
If your item arrived damaged or was defective, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund.


Warranty

What is your warranty?
We offer a 6-month warranty on all products against manufacturing defects. If your item breaks due to a defect, let us know, and we’ll send you a replacement.

How do I clean my Pawfect Bark products?
Our t-shirts are machine washable. For stickers, simply wipe them clean with a damp cloth to keep them looking fresh.
